The condo building is located directly on Mae Ramphuengs beautiful beach road. The beach is located just across the road from the building. Here you and your family can enjoy the pool area with sun chairs and sun beds. For those who want to exercise during the holidays VIP offers a good gym, as well as both a tennis court and a basketball court.

You do not need go hungry if you buy a condo in this building. A popular local restaurant is located only about 80 meters from condo. It serves Thai and seafood and also some western dishes. Food Is also served on the beach.

TRANSPORTER

Songtaew taxis (ljusblå färg) passerar längs med strandvägen mot Rayong stad (ca 3 per timme). Sluthållplats är den stora busstationen i Rayong. Här ligger också Tesco Lotus ca 400 meter bort.

Från Rayong går det bussar till många orter runt om i Thailand. Det finns även 2 andra busstationer (bl a Nakorn Chai Air). Att åka in till Bangkok fungerar väldigt smidigt. Det går minst 1 buss eller minibuss i timmen (04.00 – 20.00). Ankomst i Bangkok är antingen vid Victory monumnet (BTS Skytrain) Ekkamai busstation (BTS Skytrain).

För att åka in till direkt till Ban Phe så krävs det antingen moped eller cykel. Taxi kan också bokas för detta ändamål genom Royal Rayong eller genom restaurangen nedanför huset. Songtaew taxi går ännu inte hela vägen in till Ban Phe. Från Ban Phe går det sedan bussar eller minibussar till Bangkok minst 1 gång i timmen. Till Victory Monument eller Ekkamai busstation där BTS skytrain finns

Det finns också möjlighet att resa till andra orter som Pattaya, Koh Chang och Jomtien etc. Taxi kan bokas för transport till andra orter runt om i Thailand. Songtaew taxi går längs med hela kuststräckan mellan Rayong, Ban Phe och Mae Phim. Detta är ett perfekt sett att upptäcka mer av den vackra Rayongkusten. Priser från 10 – 30 THB

TRANSPORTATION

Songthaew taxis (light blue) passes along the beach road towards Rayong town (there about 3 per hour). The final stop is the main bus station in Rayong. You can find Tesco Lotus only 400 meters away from the busstation.

From Rayong town bus station, you can reach many places around Thailand. There are also 2 other bus stations (including Nakorn Chai Air). Its easy to go Bangkok, there is at least one bus or minibus each hour (from 04:00 am to 8:00pm). The stop in Bangkok is either at Victory monument (BTS) or Ekamai bus station (BTS).

To travel directly to Ban Phe, it takes either a moped or bicycle. Taxis can also be booked for this purpose at the restaurant below the house. There are no Songtaew taxi running all the way to Ban Phe. From Ban Phe you can then buses or vans to Bangkok at least once per hour. The end destination is Victory Monument or Ekkamai bus station where the BTS skytrain available

There are also possibilities to travel to other resorts areas like Pattaya, Ko Chang and Jomtien etc. Taxis can be booked for transport there and to other locations around Thailand. Songtaew taxi runs along the coastal stretch between Rayong, Ban Phe and Mae Phim. This is perfect if you want to discover more of the beautiful Rayong coast. Prices 10-30 THB
