Booking Conditions
Total Rent Price: The total rent price includes cleaning upon departure and every 8 days during the stay. Water and electricity are also included, up to a maximum of 10% of the total rent price. Any additional costs beyond this limit will be charged at check-out: electricity at 9.5 baht per unit and water at 50 baht per unit. The meters will be recorded at check-in and check-out.

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit of 5,000 baht must be paid upon check-in. The number of occupants is limited to those stated in the booking confirmation.

Access to Facilities: Guests staying at VIP Chain Resort are granted access to the following facilities during specified hours:- Common pools at Apsara Spa and Wellness Center from 09:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.
– Oriental Club from 10:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m.
– Guest staying in Oasis Garden are permitted to use the pool facilities from 08:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all items in the rooms/houses. Reservations cannot be made by individuals under 21 years old. To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, we strictly prohibit Durian, pets, smoking, and the use of drugs, including cannabis.

Customer Support: We strive to ensure your stay is successful and peaceful. If you encounter any unexpected events or issues, please contact our service center immediately between 08:30 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. We will do our best to find a solution as soon as possible.

Room Allocation: Please note that specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to upgrade customers to a more expensive property without additional charge. In the event of an emergency issue, we have the right to relocate guests to a different room.

Compensation: Compensation can only be requested if the problem arises from circumstances fully within our control and the renter is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties or other external factors. The compensation can only be considered for a portion of the rent corresponding to the period when the damage has remained unresolved beyond a reasonable time. The maximum amount of compensation will be equal to the exact damage incurred.

Communication: For any remarks or complaints, we kindly request guests to address the service center directly in person. We appreciate direct communication and discourage intermediaries or digital channels, such as email, for such matters. Our service center staff will be more than happy to assist you promptly and professionally.

Sub-Renting and Registration: The property cannot be sub-rented, and every overnight guest must provide identification for registration at the reception. Only registered individuals are allowed to stay in the accommodation, up to the maximum number of people stated in the booking confirmation.

External Guests: Guests from outside the resort are only allowed between 09:00 a.m. and 07:00 p.m., and are not permitted to use the residence’s facilities such as pools, gym, tennis court, mini golf, etc. They are, however, welcome to the restaurant.

Important Notice: In the event that the tenant engages in unacceptable behavior and fails to comply or modify their behavior despite receiving a warning, they may be immediately expelled from the premises without any refund for the remaining rental period.

Damage: It is mandatory for the customer to return the accommodation in the exact same condition as it was received during the check-in process. If any items are lost or damaged, the customer is responsible for replacing them by purchasing new items. If any functional or physical issues arise with items during the customer’s stay, it is important to promptly report them to the reception. The reception will then organize a replacement or repair if necessary.

Payment Information:- Payment should be made to the following account state it in the booking confirmation with a reference provided when making the deposit payment:
Check-in and Check-out:- Check-in: 02:00 p.m.
– Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
– Late check-out may be arranged if the room is available, with a prior notice of 1 day before the departure date. An additional charge of 50% of the daily fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that any cancellations be made a minimum of 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. In the event of a cancellation within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rent will be charged. Additionally, please note that if you fail to check in before 10 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival, it will be considered as a cancellation.
