Electricity and Water Provision for Plots

ELECTRICITY:

Each plot of land includes an empty pipe underground up to the project’s entrance, where the electricity meter is installed. The buyer is responsible for providing the cable from the meter to their house.
Electricity is readily available for meter setup.
For land and house bundles, all costs are included in the price.

WATER:

Buyers of land plots must construct a water tank and install a water pump. A water pump costs approximately 7,000 baht, while a concrete water tank ranges from 10,000 to 50,000 baht, depending on size.
The company constructing the house is responsible for building the water tank.
Buyers can choose to have water delivered by truck, conduct Deep well drilling, or connect to the project’s water supply.
To connect to the project’s water supply, the landowner must install water pipes from the meter at the plot’s road entrance.
Connection costs to the project’s water supply are 65,000 baht, including a water meter. Water is charged twice a year at rates estimated between 40 and 100 baht per m2.

The project has their own water tank for water supply, and connection is possible once the house is completed.
For land and house packages, water supply costs are included in the price.
The water supply allocated for the project may not be utilized for the purposes of filling swimming pools or conducting heavy construction activities.
